@StoIenLogic Good question, I really appreciate it. The differences between those two are the subliminal messages. For instance you may be confident teacher teaching large groups without any problem but yet may be socio-phobic. Your confidence may be limited to certain task you do but not necessarily you may have social confidence to face social situations (meetings, party etc) unless you are drunk (many people face this type of situation). Each music programmes mind in a bit different way.
